TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR TRAINING
We require a 50% deposit to secure your seat.
100% Payment is required in full a week prior to class.
All course fees are non-refundable, date changes may be made up to and no later than 10 days before the course commences.

*Please note we reserve the right to amend course prices or run promotions at any time, without prior notice. Once a booking is made, the price paid is final and no price difference can be refunded in the event of a later course price reduction.
Fee increases occur annually.
CANCELLATION, TRANSFER OR CHANGE OF TRAINING DATES
Flutter institute needs to be notified immediately should you not be able to attend a training course that you have registered for. You may send a substitute student in your place (please inform us of the new name for the certificate).
You may transfer your course once at no charge to another course, provided you do so, in writing, at least 10 working days before the course. Transfers inside of 10 days will be charged a late transfer fee of 20%.
Flutter Institute reserves the right to change the date or cancel a course without liability. If there is a course date change due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a refund if you are unable to make the new training date.
In the event of a national closure, disaster or strike action we reserve the right to provide alternative dates to all students.
Unfortunately, no refunds or credits can be given to students 10 working days prior to class – unless .
All practical training must be completed within 12 months of completing your course. If within these 12 months you feel you need extra assistance you are welcome to join another course space permitting, there is no extra fee to join the course but previous students must bring their kits and own lunch. After 12 months there will be a reduced course fee to join another class.
Please aim to arrive at the training centre a minimum of 15 minutes early. Courses finish at approximately 4.30/5pm. For full day courses a short break for lunch is provided during which we recommend students remain within the training centre as a lunch will be provided. Please inform your administrator of any dietary requirements, our meals can be vegetarian or vegan upon request.
Make use of Google maps on smart phone or print map/directions from our website when planning your journey beforehand, to assist you to locate the centre on the training day. Feel free to contact 064 639 1516 or 076 919 3472 if you cannot find your way within the shopping centre.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKINGS
Once you have booked and paid for a training course you will receive an email within 24-48 hours with a confirmation of your booking and further course instructions. If a booking is made outside of business hours this will apply to the next working days.
Certificates are received on the day of certification or alternative sent via courier with the week of certification. Should you not receive your certificate within two weeks please contact us.

We are eager to ensure all students gain the most from their training experience and are open to any feedback, complaints or compliments you may have. We take the experiences of our students and customers very seriously and will aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible. In the first instance, please raise any difficulties or concerns with the tutor on the day of training as most issues can quickly be rectified at the time.
