Introduction
This Eyelash Extension Application Course was developed through years of hands-on experience and training. Our curriculum is continually evolving and will constantly be changing as technology improves. Our Lash courses will give you the most practical business skills, leaving you with the confidence to start your new lash business.
What to expect
When embarking on an eyelash extension career, it’s best to manage your expectations from the start. If earning extra income immediately is a priority then this course may not be ideal. This is a technically complex course, requiring great dexterity and fine motor skill development over time. This cannot be taught in class. In our course, we teach you all the theory you need to know, as well as showing students exactly how to practice the technique. As with anything worth while, it will take hours of practice time before you can be called a “master”. This should be seen as a positive thing, as this weeds out the competition. It is supposed to be difficult, if it was easy, everybody would be doing it! There are tons of salons offering this service, and one of the biggest sources of income will be the fixing of other peoples work.
Our after-class support is tremendous. We offer you as much encouragement as we take the certification process seriously. Although some wish to receive their certificate without any effort, it is in your own best interest to be guided until you are ready to face the world. Certification should take a minimum of two months, with continuous practice.

This course is suitable for newcomers to the industry who have no prior experience as well as to long time beauty experts who are looking to expand their skillset. Upon completion of this course you'll also be eligible for our Russian Volume Lash Extension Course.

Certification
This course runs on two consecutive Mondays allowing for practice. On completion of this course, 1 case study must be submitted to your trainer individually for scoring and assessment. A written theory exam is also required in order to obtain your Flutter Institute Certification. Students have unlimited attempts to certify. Please note: not all students will qualify for certification and there is no guarantee of success unless all criteria are met. Our Eyelash Extensions training courses and qualifications meet all requirements for approval by Lash Ink UK and are internationally recognized.

Melissa McC Araujo
With over 15 years of experience in Eyelash Artistry, 13 years in Permanent makeup, 8 years in Microblading and Lash Lifting. Melissa has an eye for detail and is extremely passionate about what she does, and this is reflected in her work, staff and training. Growing the brand Flutter and Flutter Institute has also given Melissa special insight into how to take your brand and training further. You could not be in better hands.
Chido Stacy Chigarira
Stacy as we call her, has been working and thriving at flutter for over 9 years. Trained by Melissa herself, she is proficient in Classic and volume Eyelash Extension which has been her main focus and passion. She is also qualified in Microblading and Lash Lifting. She has been assisting with training since 2017. She is a patient, knowledgeable and skilled trainer whom we are lucky to have.
